In 2013, the individual completed both their undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Dayton. While attending the university, they were a member of the Track and Field team, specializing in heptathlon events. This experience sparked their fascination with the human body and its potential. They embarked on a career in orthopedics, obtaining certification in dry needling (CMTPT) and later becoming board certified in orthopedics (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association. Additionally, they obtained certification as a run coach.

The individual possesses a keen interest in treating pelvic floor dysfunction in addition to general orthopedics. They have a strong passion for continuous learning and consider themselves a perpetual student. Advocating for evidence-based practice, they are committed to incorporating the most recent research into their treatments to assist clients in achieving their goals.
