She is a graduate of Penn State University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology – Movement Science in 2009. Continuing her education, she went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2012.

Since completing her studies, she has gained experience working in various settings, starting in acute care and eventually transitioning to outpatient Orthopedics. In her pursuit of professional growth, she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Klose Training program in March 2018. Currently, she is focused on expanding her knowledge in pelvic health, having already completed courses such as Pelvic Floor 1, Pregnancy Rehabilitation, and Visceral Mobilization for the Urinary System.

As a mother of three children, she has developed a special interest in pregnancy and post-partum care.
