However, it was during her time at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis that Ellen discovered her true calling in the field of physical therapy. She successfully earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and began her career in an outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Working in this clinic exposed Ellen to the practice of pelvic health, which immediately piqued her curiosity. She found great satisfaction in the patient-therapist relationship that is fostered within this area of physical therapy.
Aside from her professional pursuits, Ellen has a deep-rooted love for sports. Throughout her college years, she played golf competitively, dedicating four years to the sport. Even after graduating, she continues to enjoy playing golf with her friends and family. Additionally, Ellen finds solace in running with her loyal companion, her dog Gracie. Exploring new cities through travel is another passion she embraces wholeheartedly.
