Ellen earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and has been working in outpatient orthopedics ever since. She specializes in incorporating various techniques such as Graston, myofascial release, Functional Taping Method, and TRX training into her treatment programs. Additionally, she has received training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace.

Ellen also incorporates Pilates-based exercises into her treatment programs, utilizing the Pilates studio at One PT and Wellness. She has a particular passion for treating the pre and postnatal population, guiding them through the beautiful, yet life-changing event of pregnancy. With a focus on a biomechanical approach to prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation, Ellen takes pleasure in teaching her patients lifelong skills that instill confidence and help them overcome their injuries.
