Elizabeth is a highly accomplished physical therapist who graduated from the University of New England in 1996 with a major in Physical Therapy. In 2013, she furthered her education by obtaining a doctorate in PT from Utica College. Elizabeth’s expertise lies in pelvic rehabilitation and chronic pain, and she has undergone advanced training in these areas.

Notably, Elizabeth is proficient in utilizing both allopathic and holistic modalities to offer a comprehensive approach to patient care. She incorporates various techniques such as Maya Abdominal Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Mobilization, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy alongside her specialized pelvic rehab techniques.

Elizabeth’s commitment to furthering her knowledge extends beyond her core specialties. She has completed a Pre and Perinatal Birth Trauma training as well as Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing trauma training, demonstrating her dedication to addressing a wide range of patient needs.
