Elizabeth, a graduate of the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences in 2012, has been practicing pelvic floor rehab since 2015. Recently, she embarked on a new venture by starting a pelvic floor program in the Central Valley. Her true passion lies in assisting both men and women with pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, as well as other pelvic floor dysfunctions that are often considered “common” but not “normal”.

To further enhance her expertise, Elizabeth has actively pursued continuous education. She has completed the Herman and Wallace pelvic floor level 1, 2A, and 2B courses, and has plans to take the Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification exam in 2020. In addition to her clinical work, she also dedicates her time to teaching community education courses on pelvic rehab and serves as a faculty member at the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences.
