With over 30 years of experience, the practitioner specializes in treating adults with orthopedic, sports, or women’s health related issues. Having obtained a BSPT from Boston University in 1985, they are a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Through this association, they have achieved board certifications as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics (in 2004 and 2014) and as a Women’s Health Physical Therapist (in 2012). Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (2008).

In their practice, they not only incorporate body-mind awareness training and pain science for the treatment of chronic pain conditions but also provide personalized one-on-one sessions. These sessions include comprehensive evaluations, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic modalities, and education on improving overall condition, wellness, and fitness.

Their expertise extends to addressing pelvic floor issues, including both overactive and underactive pelvic floor conditions that may cause pain, constipation/retention, incontinence, or prolapse. They also work with visceral and abdominal conditions, such as diastasis recti abdominis (DRA) and postpartum recovery. While specializing in women’s health, they also offer treatment for men, particularly those undergoing pre and post-prostatectomy care. Furthermore, they can address spinal or hip dysfunction, specifically concerning prenatal, postpartum, or pelvic floor issues.

Certified in pelvic health, cold laser therapy, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, this practitioner is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to their patients.
