They graduated from The University of Findlay in 2012 and obtained their board certified orthopedic specialist certification in 2016. They have completed various pelvic health courses, including training in internal assessment and treatment for bladder/bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, pain with intercourse, diastasis recti, pregnancy/postpartum, through Herman and Wallace and APTA Academy of Pelvic Health. In addition, they became a Certified Lactation Counselor in 2017 and have received training in craniosacral therapy from the Upledger Institute. They have also completed over 60 hours of training in integrative neurologic dry needling, as well as dry needling for pelvic pain and trigger point dry needling.

Recently, they obtained certifications as a Birth With Spirit Doula and a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. They have a strong interest in fertility and nutrition and have become certified in the Shared Fertility Program and Mercier Therapy. They are also pursuing further education to become a Board Certified Women’s Health Coach, with an emphasis on functional medicine and nutrition.

With a background in orthopedics and pelvic health, they are able to take a holistic approach to patient care, addressing the needs of the whole person and providing individualized treatment to promote overall healing. They specialize in working with pregnant clients, combining their roles as a doula and pelvic health therapist to provide comprehensive support and preparation for childbirth. They also offer corrective exercise programs for postpartum clients to facilitate enhanced healing.
