Dr. Jennifer Santamaria is the founder and owner of Femme Strong Physical Therapy. She specializes in providing mobile physical therapy services to women, focusing on guiding them through recovery from pelvic floor and orthopedic dysfunctions. These dysfunctions include diastasis recti, leaky bladder, pelvic pain, and prolapse. Dr. Jennifer works with women at all stages of womanhood, from young adulthood to menopause, helping them overcome these conditions and regain confidence and health.

Dr. Jennifer also works with women who have varying physical disabilities and ensures that her practice is trauma-informed, creating a safe and comfortable environment for every woman during their sessions. She provides mobile therapy sessions in the San Diego and Temecula regions, conducting them in the comfort of her patients’ homes.

A resident of Southern California, Dr. Jennifer obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. Throughout her career, she has gained experience working with orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor/women’s health, and pediatric patients. She further developed her neurological therapy skills during a two-month internship in Italy and has completed various manual therapy courses.

As her career progressed, Dr. Jennifer developed a strong desire to help women within her scope of practice, leading her to pursue advanced coursework in women’s health and pelvic dysfunction. This passion eventually led her to create Femme Strong Physical Therapy. She is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with patients who prefer to complete their rehabilitation in their native language.

When she’s not working, Dr. Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors, being with her French bulldog pups, and traveling whenever possible.
