Alicia Bothell is a highly experienced physical therapist with a career spanning 17 years. She specializes in women’s and men’s pelvic health, general orthopedics, and surgical/non-surgical care. Alicia’s areas of expertise include pelvic pain, IC/PBS, stress/urge incontinence, sexual dysfunction, pre/post-natal evaluation and treatment, pelvic organ prolapse, post-surgical care, diastasis recti, and load transfer issues.

In addition to her extensive experience, Alicia has received advanced training in internal pelvic floor treatment, myofascial release techniques, manual therapy, taping techniques, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and dry needling. She is dedicated to educating her patients about their injuries or dysfunctions, guiding them through the recovery process, helping them achieve their goals, and ultimately improving their quality of life.
