Dr. Dionne Middlebrooks, the owner of Reign Physical Therapy and Wellness, is a highly educated professional with a doctorate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She completed her doctoral program in 2012 and went on to become a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist after fulfilling the rigorous requirements.
