The individual graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in 1991 with a BA in Health Sciences and obtained a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1993. Over the past 27 years, they have gained extensive experience working at various Essentia Health outpatient clinics in the Duluth area. With a focus on pelvic floor issues, they have been actively pursuing continuing education for the past 20 years, consistently attending courses to expand their knowledge and skills.

Their expertise lies in treating individuals of all genders and ages who suffer from various pelvic floor problems, including pelvic pain, pelvic prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, abdominal wall pain, urinary urgency/frequency, back pain, post-surgical treatment for urological, gynecological, and gastrointestinal procedures, as well as addressing postpartum pain/weakness and back pain during pregnancy. Additionally, they have served as a teaching assistant for three Herman and Wallace courses and successfully passed the Herman and Wallace PRPC (Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification) exam in 2019.

Having a diverse caseload that includes both pelvic floor and other orthopedic diagnoses, they find joy in educating, treating, and motivating their patients. They also value the opportunity to learn from their patients and their unique life experiences.
