Deidra Nichols, a native of Rigby, Idaho, was born and raised in a tight-knit family. She completed her undergraduate studies at Idaho State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Physical Education with a specialization in Exercise Science. Continuing her education at the same institution, she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2012.

Deidra’s remarkable doctoral case study, titled “Diagnosis and treatment of a patient with bilateral thoracic outlet syndrome secondary to anterior subluxation of bilateral sternoclavicular joints: A case report,” was published in the Physiotherapy Theory and Practice Journal in November 2013. Demonstrating her commitment to excellence, she earned her Orthopedic Certified Specialist certification in May 2015. For six years, she dedicated her expertise to an outpatient setting.

Currently, Deidra serves as a physical therapist in a home health environment, where she offers personalized therapy services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Her range of expertise includes pelvic floor rehabilitation, ensuring comprehensive care for her patients.
