Darby, originally from Madison, Alabama, is a highly accomplished physical therapist. She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science Magna Cum Laude at Auburn University in May 2018. Continuing her education, Darby earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Samford University in April 2021.

During her time in physical therapy school, Darby developed a strong interest in treating women with pelvic floor dysfunction. She gained valuable experience by training under a pelvic floor physical therapist for 14 weeks.
