Danielle A. Rose, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, PRPC, holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The George Washington University. After a successful 10-year government career, she made the decision to pursue her passion for physical therapy and hasn’t looked back since. Taking a holistic approach to treatment, Danielle identifies as a ‘spine first’ physical therapist, prioritizing central treatment before exploring other areas. She incorporates various techniques into her practice, including the McKenzie technique, general strengthening exercises, Upledger’s Craniosacral therapy, and Barral’s visceral work. Danielle is also certified in Functional Dry Needling through KinetaCore and utilizes additional techniques such as Mulligan and MET.

Danielle’s expertise covers a wide range of orthopedic injuries, including headaches, but she specializes in spinal and pelvic floor dysfunctions. She holds certifications in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT) and Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) from The Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. In addition to her work as a physical therapist, Danielle is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Spin instructor. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys reading, baking, and taking trapeze lessons.
