Dana, a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Kinesiology, pursued further education at the University of New England where she obtained her doctorate in physical therapy in 2018. She has dedicated herself to expanding her knowledge in pelvic health, successfully completing numerous courses and earning her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through Herman & Wallace in 2020. Dana’s expertise lies in treating individuals of all genders, including female, male, transgender, and nonbinary adults, for a wide range of conditions such as bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain (including endometriosis and interstitial cystitis), as well as prenatal and postpartum conditions.
One area of particular interest for Dana is providing assistance to individuals suffering from chronic pelvic pain, helping them achieve a better quality of life and improved ability to engage in physical activities. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dana finds joy in various outdoor activities such as backpacking, rock climbing, and skiing. Additionally, she enjoys expressing her creativity through pottery and is often accompanied by her beloved pittie mix, Frankie, during hikes.
