Cynthia earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus in 2016. Prior to that, she pursued her Bachelor of Science at Purdue University and completed her Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Virginia. Her educational background in biomedical engineering has instilled in her a commitment to utilizing the most effective treatments to help individuals regain their desired lifestyles.

Cynthia has actively applied her research expertise to the field of physical therapy, with a particular focus on developing personalized rehabilitation approaches for optimal recovery. She finds joy in guiding patients through the challenges associated with the pelvic floor and musculoskeletal system, assisting them in becoming active and functional once again.

As a dedicated member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Cynthia has also engaged in service work. She has participated in a project called Operation Walk, where she worked with patients in Honduras who underwent total knee replacement surgery. Her involvement in this initiative reflects her passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Originally from Indiana, Cynthia is now delighted to call Colorado her home. During her leisure time, she embraces outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, and backpacking. These pursuits allow her to appreciate the natural beauty of her surroundings and further enhance her own well-being.
