Cora obtained her doctorate in physical therapy from Grand Valley State University and received specialized training in pelvic health rehabilitation from Herman and Wallace. She focuses on treating individuals, both male and female, who suffer from pelvic floor or abdominal issues. Additionally, Cora has expertise in working with patients dealing with low back pain and chronic pain. Witnessing the positive impact of pelvic rehab on patients’ overall quality of life and their ability to engage in activities they enjoy serves as a constant source of inspiration for her. Apart from her clinical work, Cora takes pleasure in sharing her passion for fitness by leading group workout classes and practicing yoga.
