Since 2012, she has pursued advanced training through Herman and Wallace and APTA Pelvic Health, and in 2020, she obtained certification as a pelvic rehabilitation practitioner.
Cody specializes in providing specialized treatment for both men and women dealing with various pelvic issues. These include bladder and bowel problems, as well as pelvic pain conditions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, vulvodynia, dyspareunia, vaginismus, pudendal neuralgia, and pelvic girdle pain. In addition to her clinical work, Cody has served as a coordinator for postpartum pelvic PT programs, with a strong belief in the importance of postpartum therapy for all women.
Furthermore, Cody actively contributes to the field by teaching an elective course on Pelvic Health at the University of Kentucky. She understands the power of education in empowering patients and providing them with the necessary tools to alleviate their symptoms. Cody strives to create a comfortable and open environment where her patients feel at ease discussing sensitive diagnoses. Her commitment to delivering the best possible care is unwavering, as she works closely with her patients to help them achieve their goals.
