Christina, a dedicated healthcare professional, holds a bachelor’s degree in Life Science from the University of Portland and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University. Her personal experience with pelvic floor dysfunction, coupled with extensive training, has sparked her passion for Women’s Health therapy. To further enhance her expertise, she obtained her Women’s Health certification through the renowned Herman and Wallace Institute, completing both Level 1 and Level 2 courses.

With over 11 years of experience, Christina has been providing treatment and support to women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. She has also acquired certifications as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Pre- and Post-Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Additionally, she is skilled in STOTT Rehab Pilates Mat and Reformer techniques, and continually pursues further education in pregnancy and postpartum care.

While Christina is proficient in treating orthopedic conditions using methods such as NAIOMT and ASTYM, she specializes in pregnancy and postpartum care. Her expertise extends to pain syndromes, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and restoring balance in the pelvic floor. Employing a gentle and holistic approach, Christina focuses on treating the pelvis and the structures within the body that influence the mechanics of the pelvic floor. She also offers pregnancy and postpartum training programs.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Christina cherishes quality time with her family and enjoys outdoor activities. She maintains her own well-being through various workouts, including pilates, yoga, barre 3, and CrossFit. As the creator of The Pelvic Floor Place, Christina is committed to helping women facing pelvic floor issues and supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers in their rehabilitation journey.
