Christina, a highly accomplished physical therapist, completed her undergraduate studies in Exercise Sport Science at Elon University, where she graduated with honors. She later obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. With over a decade of experience, Christina has been working as a strength and conditioning specialist since 2011, primarily in outpatient orthopedics in the Tampa Bay Area.

In addition to her expertise in orthopedics, Christina specializes in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy. She has undergone specialized training through Herman and Wallace, equipping her to effectively treat various conditions such as urinary incontinence and frequency, diastasis recti, prolapse, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, endometriosis, and chronic pelvic pain.

Currently, Christina is an integral part of a private outpatient physical therapy practice located in South Tampa. She finds great joy in working with women of all ages, providing them with the highest level of care and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Outside of her professional commitments, Christina leads an active lifestyle. She finds solace in activities such as running, tennis, and spending time outdoors. Above all, she cherishes her time with her husband and son, creating lasting memories together.
