Chloe is a highly skilled physical therapist who brings a unique blend of expertise to her practice. With a background as an orthopedic and pelvic health specialist, as well as being a certified strength and conditioning specialist, running coach, and clinical bike fitter, Chloe is well-equipped to provide comprehensive care to endurance athletes and the general active population.

Chloe earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University in 2007, following her graduation from Penn State University magna cum laude in 2004. During her time at Penn State, Chloe was a member of both the Varsity XC and Track and Field teams, earning NCAA Academic All-American Honors. She furthered her coaching credentials by becoming a certified level 1 track and field coach and a road runner club of America running coach. This extensive athletic background, coupled with her knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology, informs Chloe’s treatment approach with patients.

In her practice, Chloe combines her expertise as a pelvic health physical therapist and a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist. Her interventions go beyond manual therapy and exercise prescription to include adjustments to training plans and sport-specific training. Chloe has received training in manual therapy through NAIOMT and the Maitland-Australian Approach, and she is certified in trigger point dry needling through Myopain Seminars. She also incorporates Redcord suspension training, Pilates principles, strength training, and power lift technique training into her treatment methods.

Additionally, Chloe is a certified bike fitter through the Fit Institute Slowtwitch (F.I.S.T) and has a passion for working with cyclists and triathletes of all levels. She recognizes the importance of bike fitting and pelvic floor function in both rehabilitation and performance optimization. Chloe enjoys sharing her knowledge and collaborating with fellow healthcare practitioners and coaches, providing education on treatment considerations for triathletes and cyclists. She is also an instructor for Bike Fit Pro, teaching beginner and advanced classes to aspiring bike fitters.

Chloe is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Physical Therapy Association, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Track & Field, and the Road Runners Club of America. Her commitment to ongoing education and involvement in these associations demonstrates her dedication to staying current in her field and providing the highest level of care to her patients.
