They completed their undergraduate studies at The University of North Florida in 2011, earning a B.S. degree with a major in Exercise Science. They then went on to complete their Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, graduating in 2014. With a background in outpatient orthopedics and pelvic floor rehabilitation, they decided to pursue Residency training. In 2018, they successfully graduated from a nationally accredited Women’s Health and Pelvic Health Residency program through the Brooks Rehabilitation Institute of Higher Learning.

Throughout their career, they have gained experience in treating individuals of all genders and ages, dealing with various diagnoses. These include urinary incontinence (stress, urge, and mixed types), urinary urgency/frequency, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), fecal/anal incontinence, pelvic pain syndromes (such as orchialgia, pudendal neuralgia, coccydynia, endometriosis, vulvodynia, and vaginismus), pain during pregnancy (whether standard or high risk), as well as pediatric bowel and bladder dysfunction.
