Catherine Sailor holds a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science from Spring Arbor University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern University. With expertise in pelvic floor dysfunction, Catherine specializes in treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, SIJ dysfunction, pregnancy, and postpartum issues. She employs a comprehensive treatment approach that includes manual therapy and functional exercises to help her patients regain their ability to engage in the activities they love. Catherine has also dedicated over four years of her life to humanitarian aid work in various countries. In her leisure time, she enjoys quality moments with her family, participating in F45 workouts, and exploring hiking trails.
