Caroline obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Wayne State University in 1991. Her journey into the field of Pelvic Health began in 1994, when she decided to further her education in this specialty. In her pursuit of post-graduate knowledge, Caroline has taken numerous pelvic health courses, primarily through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Her focus in these courses has been on various aspects of pelvic health, such as pre-natal and post-partum care, reproductive health, male and female incontinence, bowel conditions, and pelvic pain. To complement her expertise in pelvic health, Caroline has also developed a strong foundation in manual skills and functional movement training. She now integrates these skills into a holistic approach in her Pelvic Health practice.

Throughout her career, Caroline has gained experience treating a wide range of diagnoses. These include pelvic girdle dysfunction, both with and without pregnancy, dyspareunia (pain during intercourse), vulvodynia, dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual symptoms), urinary urge and frequency, urinary urge and stress incontinence, bowel conditions involving incontinence and/or constipation, hemorrhoids, interstitial cystitis, pelvic organ prolapse, prostatitis, and other male-related conditions.

In addition to her expertise in these areas, Caroline is also qualified to address post-surgical concerns following procedures such as C-sections, vasectomies, and various gynecological and abdominal surgeries. With her comprehensive skillset and knowledge, Caroline is well-equipped to provide effective and specialized care to her patients in the field of Pelvic Health.
