Dr. Brittaney Sargent holds a doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and has gained valuable experience working in various healthcare settings. After completing her initial training, she decided to further specialize in pelvic health. Dr. Sargent is recognized as a board-certified expert in Biofeedback for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction. Throughout her career, she has participated in several trainings, including notable programs such as Herman & Wallace, POP Up Prolapse Training, Beyond Kegels Incontinence Training, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Aside from her clinical work, Dr. Sargent also serves as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Doctor of Occupational Therapy program. She is passionate about pelvic health due to the significant impact these conditions can have on a person’s daily life. Driven by her mission to demystify and destigmatize pelvic therapy and discussions about pelvic conditions, she aims to raise awareness that living with pelvic difficulties should not be considered normal or something that needs to be accepted.

In her leisure time, Dr. Sargent enjoys spending quality moments with her husband and three children. She also indulges in creative activities and baking as a way to unwind and express her artistic side.
