Blair earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University in 2013. Throughout her career, she gained experience in diverse settings, such as pediatrics and orthopaedics. However, it was after the birth of her son in 2018 that she developed a keen interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation. To enhance her expertise in this field, she pursued specialized training in Pelvic Rehab for both men and women, covering various topics such as incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, and postpartum care. In June 2022, Blair embarked on a new endeavor by opening her own practice. This allows her to combine her extensive knowledge of pelvic floor rehabilitation with her expertise in orthopaedics and pediatrics, creating a welcoming environment for all.
