Audra holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College. She has pursued specialized training in pelvic floor care, completing courses such as Lindsey Vestal’s OT Pioneers course and Laura Rowan’s Pelvic Rehab Manual Assessment and Treatment Techniques Course. Currently, Audra is further expanding her knowledge in prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor care through Marcy Crouche’s Thriving Mamas course.

In her practice, Audra addresses a wide range of pelvic floor dysfunction conditions, including urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, prolapse, pelvic pain, constipation, pain during intercourse, vaginismus, and more.
