Ashli is a highly qualified healthcare professional who graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. Ashli’s dedication to her field is evident through her continuous training in pelvic health treatment, which she received from Herman and Wallace for pelvic floor conditions.

Ashli’s expertise enables her to provide comprehensive care to both men and women dealing with a range of pelvic floor conditions. These conditions include, but are not limited to, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, prostatitis, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, SIJ dysfunction, symphysis pubis dysfunction, interstitial cystitis, constipation, overactive bladder syndrome, prenatal care, and diastasis recti.

Notably, Ashli is also a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, recognizing the importance of postpartum physical therapy during the fourth trimester.
