Meet Ariel Gallop, a doctor of physical therapy who hails from Austin, Texas but now resides in California. Her journey into the field began after she experienced a serious boating accident, which required over a year of physical therapy to regain her ability to walk. This firsthand experience exposed her to the diverse world of physical therapy and ignited a fascination with its many facets.

Driven by a passion for helping others and a desire to provide patient-centric care, Ariel founded Restore Pelvic Therapy. She believes in a holistic approach to treating individuals and strives to deliver inclusive care that identifies the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Unlike rigid insurance protocols, Ariel tailors her treatment plans to meet the specific needs of her patients, ensuring they receive evidence-based care.

Ariel’s true calling lies in working with people to improve their functionality and enable them to fully engage in life’s most precious moments. She finds particular fulfillment in assisting individuals with pain, particularly pelvic pain, and supporting them as they progress towards a better quality of life. With a commitment to empowering and listening to her patients, Ariel aims to help everyone live a pain-free life with dignity, without having to settle for “living with it.”

At Restore Pelvic Therapy, Ariel and her team address a wide range of conditions, including male and female pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, urgency and frequency issues, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, prolapse, hernias, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, diastasis recti, painful bladder syndrome, pelvic congestion syndrome, and post-abdominal or pelvic surgeries (such as excision surgery, hysterectomy, prostatectomy, C-section, and more).

When she’s not working, Ariel enjoys immersing herself in nature through hiking adventures. She also finds solace in reading the latest book club hits, strolling along the beach while listening to true crime podcasts, and exploring her surroundings on her trusty bicycle, all in pursuit of the perfect burrito.
