Dr. Ann Lee Bradford was born and raised in Preston, MD, but she made the move to Birmingham four years ago. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Towson University, where she had the opportunity to work with collegiate athletes in a variety of sports such as football, basketball, lacrosse, and track and field. During her time at Towson, Ann gained valuable experience and knowledge in the field.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Ann pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Drexel University. Her educational journey also led her to specialize in pelvic rehabilitation through training at the esteemed Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. With this additional training, Ann developed expertise in various areas such as bowel and bladder dysfunction, pregnancy and post-partum care, pelvic pain, prostatitis, sexual dysfunction, and other orthopedic conditions.
Ann is deeply passionate about providing personalized care to her patients. Through education, she aims to empower her patients, helping them develop self-efficacy and guiding them towards their goals. With skillfully prescribed treatments and movement, Ann strives to help her patients overcome the challenges associated with their pelvic conditions, accomplishing what they once thought was impossible.
Outside of her professional life, Ann enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jackson, and their beloved dog, Ollie. They love exploring new places together, creating lasting memories along the way.
