They received their Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. They have completed courses in Pregnancy, Postpartum, Pelvic Floor 1 and 2b through Herman and Wallace. Additionally, they hold certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Their passion lies in working with women at any stage of life, aiming to provide encouragement, education about their bodies and pelvic floor, and equip them with the tools to confidently manage their own care.
