Andrea earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2011 from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Following graduation, she relocated to Arvada, CO where she specialized in geriatrics and orthopedics. After giving birth to her daughter, Andrea decided to pursue training in pelvic floor physical therapy in 2016. In 2018, she and her family moved to London, UK due to her husband’s work opportunity. There, Andrea obtained her UK Physiotherapy license and established a practice focused on orthopedics and pelvic floor therapy. She received specialized training in the renowned “Mummy MOT” postnatal rehabilitation program, widely recognized in the UK. Additionally, while in London, she achieved certification in Matwork Pilates from APPI. In 2021, Andrea and her family returned to Arvada, where she fulfilled her dream of opening her own cash-based pelvic floor physical therapy practice, named Movement Physio and Wellness. Andrea has received extensive training in pelvic floor therapy through Herman and Wallace and is currently working towards her PRPC certification. Her greatest satisfaction comes from assisting postpartum women with prolapse in reclaiming their active lifestyles.
