Since 2007, the individual has been working in women’s health. They have a passion for establishing a strong foundation and then gradually introducing challenges to help individuals achieve their goals, whether it be returning to work as a firefighter, keeping up with a toddler, incorporating fitness into a busy workday, or regaining elite fitness after indulging in social events. With a background in coaching, they particularly enjoy bridging the gap between rehabilitation and the return to fitness or compensation for all individuals. In addition, the individual volunteers to teach at local universities and stays actively involved in research related to these fields. They have received training in imaging ultrasound and possess a wireless portal unit that can be used during appointments to provide a better understanding of internal or external body movements.
