They have been a physical therapist since 2008, having graduated from the physical therapy program at College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. In early 2017, they began specializing in pelvic health and women’s health, focusing their coursework on treating conditions related to pregnancy and the postpartum period through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. After many years of practice in Phoenix, AZ, they relocated to the scenic Bitterroot Valley in Montana in 2021.

They hold certifications in orthopedic and manual therapy, in addition to their specialization in pelvic health. This aligns with their passion to treat various conditions related to pregnancy, including pelvic girdle and pubic symphysis pain, as well as pain in the sacroiliac joint. Their primary focus has been on women’s health, gaining experience working in a midwifery practice and birth center. They have treated conditions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse, tailbone injuries or pain, constipation, and painful intercourse. Additionally, they have expertise in addressing mastitis and clogged milk ducts, diastasis recti, and abdominal and pelvic floor dysfunction resulting from surgical scars, including cesarean and perineal scars after birth.

They have expanded their scope of practice to include individuals of all genders and ages, including transgender people and men with pelvic health concerns.
