They received their bachelor’s degree in clinical science and master’s degree in physical therapy from Ithaca College. Shortly after, they obtained their doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from Boston University. Their career began in inpatient acute care, where they specialized in wound care and became a certified wound specialist (CWS). They also received certification in the LeDuc method for treating lymphedema. After six years in acute care, they transitioned to outpatient orthopedics and completed a 10-month manual therapy certification through the Ola Grimsby Institute.

Over the past five years, they have focused on treating male and female pelvic floor dysfunction. They played a key role in establishing the pelvic floor program at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, CA. Currently, they are pursuing a master’s degree in health care administration (MHA) through Des Moines University, with more than half of the program already completed.

Outside of work and studies, they enjoy spending quality time with their husband and two daughters.
