The assistant specializes in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy for women at all stages of life. They obtained a Masters in Physical Therapy from The University of New England in 2004. Their expertise includes advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, specifically PF1, PF2A, and PF2B. They have also acquired certifications in Women’s Health Coaching and Functional Nutrition from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute. Additionally, the assistant has undergone advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, chronic pain management, ergonomics, and The Graston Technique®.
