Dr. Allie has a wealth of experience in the field of Physical Therapy, with 16 years of practice under her belt. She obtained her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 2006, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2010. Throughout her career, Dr. Allie has primarily focused on Orthopedics, which has provided her with a valuable advantage in bridging the gap between pelvic floor rehabilitation and returning to higher level exercise.

In 2012, Dr. Allie received her Manual Therapy certification from the Medical University of South Carolina, expanding her expertise in the field. Additionally, she is certified in functional Dry needling and is a certified Yoga Therapist. Dr. Allie incorporates yoga philosophy into her treatments, firmly believing in the importance of proper breathwork as the foundation for recovery.

To further enhance her knowledge and skills, Dr. Allie completed her Pelvic Floor training from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is also a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through Sarah Duvall’s core exercise solutions. Dr. Allie’s passion for supporting women’s healing journeys led her to establish THECOREMAMMA.com, an online community dedicated to helping women heal their bodies and regain strength after childbirth.

Driven by her own personal experiences, Dr. Allie is on a mission to provide a safe and supportive space for women in the Bluffton community and surrounding areas. She understands the challenges and potential embarrassment women may face when dealing with pelvic health issues. With the formation of Revive Rehab, LLC, Dr. Allie aims to create an environment where all women can heal their bodies, engage in desired activities, educate themselves on improving their health, and emerge stronger than ever.
