Allison Ariail, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA, BCB-PMD, PRPC has been a physical therapist since 1999. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from the University of Florida and went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2007. Allison became a Certified Lymphatic Therapist in 2007 and achieved board certification from the Lymphology Association of North America in 2011. In 2012, she received her Board Certification in Biofeedback Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction from the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, and in 2014, she became a certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner.

During the first five years of her career, Dr. Ariail worked in pediatrics, where she owned her own practice and also served as a registered Hippotherapist. She also gained experience working on a brain injury unit and in a neonatal intensive care unit. In 2004, Allison shifted her focus to women’s health and pelvic ring dysfunction, incorporating the use of Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging in her practice.

Apart from her work with women’s health and pelvic ring clients, Allison is dedicated to helping oncology clients. Currently, she is the owner of Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness in Lone Tree, Colorado, where she enjoys utilizing a holistic approach to treat patients with a wide range of issues and complaints.

Allison collaborated with the Primal Pictures team in 2009 for the release of the Pelvic Floor DVD program. Her publications include “The Use of Transabdominal Ultrasound Imaging in Retraining the Pelvic-Floor Muscles of a Woman Postpartum” in Physical Therapy, as well as “Beyond the Abstract” for Urotoday.com in October 2008 and “Posters to Go” from the APTA combined section meeting poster presentation in February 2009. Most recently, Dr. Ariail contributed a chapter on modalities in Healing in Urology: A Clinical Guidebook to Herbal and Alternative Therapies.
