Dr. Allea holds a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy, which she earned at the University of Missouri. After completing her studies, she relocated to Orange County and underwent a rigorous 6-month fellowship training program specializing in Pelvic Health in 2018. In addition, Dr. Allea has a wealth of teaching experience, having served as an instructor and faculty member at Chapman University’s Physical Therapy Department. She has also worked as a teaching assistant for the Pelvic Education Alliance.

Dr. Allea’s expertise lies in treating complex pelvic floor dysfunctions, such as pudendal neuralgia, PGAD, rectal spasms, endometriosis, and IC. She takes a comprehensive and multi-faceted approach to patient care, recognizing the importance of addressing all aspects of her patients’ well-being in order to help them achieve their goals. She is particularly passionate about assisting patients during pregnancy and postpartum stages, specifically in relation to pelvic floor dysfunction.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Allea cherishes her personal time. She enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends, engaging in trail runs, and snowboarding at Mammoth. Her loyal companion, Brutus, her dog, also holds a special place in her heart.
