Alicia Fontana, a graduate of Simmons College in Boston, MA, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She furthered her education at Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Recently, Alicia made a move to southern Delaware to establish a pelvic floor program for Benchmark Physical Therapy, catering to the communities of Milford, Georgetown, Millsboro, and Seaford, DE.

With a dedication to advancing her expertise, Alicia has spent the past two years actively practicing and pursuing additional training in pelvic health. Her specialization allows her to effectively treat individuals of all genders and ages dealing with a range of pelvic pain conditions, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, pediatric pelvic floor conditions, as well as prenatal and postpartum issues.
