Great Lakes Pelvic Rehab PLLC is a mobile physical therapy practice dedicated to assisting busy women in overcoming issues such as leaking, improving core strength, and reducing pelvic pain. The unique aspect of this practice is that there is no waiting room – the therapist comes directly to the client’s location at a mutually agreed-upon time. This personalized approach ensures that each client receives individualized assessment and treatment.

The services provided by Great Lakes Pelvic Rehab PLLC encompass a range of concerns, including urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder and frequency, constipation, weakness and pain postpartum, as well as chronic pelvic pain. The therapist, who completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Grand Valley State University in 2015, has gained extensive experience by working as a traveling PT alongside her husband for over five years. This experience has allowed her to expand her skillset and connect with diverse individuals.

Due to the events of 2020 and the pandemic, the therapist and her husband have returned to their home state of Michigan. This homecoming has provided the opportunity for her to realize her dream of establishing her own practice, where she can help women rediscover their strength and reestablish a connection with their core. However, in 2023, the therapist and her husband plan to resume their travel PT lifestyle, and she intends to bring her mobile practice along with her to each new location.
