The love for physical therapy was first discovered by the individual while living in Central Asia. It was during this time that they witnessed the transformative power of hands-on techniques and focused exercises in helping people in small, rural villages recover from various chronic painful conditions and injuries. The individual pursued their passion by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from Gordon College, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2009.

In 2010, the individual relocated to the Pacific Northwest and embarked on pelvic floor training through the Herman&Wallace Institute. Currently, their practice focuses on women’s health physical therapy and general orthopedics. They have developed expertise in pregnancy and postpartum treatment, including diastasis recti. Additionally, they specialize in addressing pelvic pain, incontinence issues, and coccyx pain.
