She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish and an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from the University of Indianapolis. Additionally, she has received specialized training in pelvic physical therapy through Herman and Wallace, including PF1, PF2A, Neuroscience of Pain, and Meditation, as well as Yoga for Pelvic Pain. She is a licensed massage therapist and certified by the NCBTMB. She is also a certified RYT-200 Yoga Alliance instructor. In addition to her expertise in pelvic physical therapy, she has received training in other modalities such as Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, and Cupping certification through ICTA.
