Abby, a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in biology, pursued her passion for anatomy and physiology by attending Midwestern University in Chicago. In 2008, she earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy. Over the years, Abby has gained valuable experience in various work environments. In 2011, she completed a yearlong yoga teacher-training program at Moksha Yoga, further expanding her knowledge and skills. However, it was the birth of her son in 2016, which resulted in physical injuries, that ignited Abby’s desire to help and support other women. To enhance her expertise in pelvic floor rehab, she pursued additional training at Marquette University and trained with Herman and Wallace. Abby’s commitment to professional growth is evident as she currently works towards her biofeedback certification for the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction and actively seeks out new training opportunities.
