Aase, a 2020 graduate of Arcadia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, holds a BA in Psychology from Temple University (2010). After obtaining her license, she embarked on her pelvic health training at a private practice in East Norriton, PA. During this time, she received personalized mentorship and formal training from the renowned Herman & Wallace Institute. In May 2022, she achieved her PRPC certification.
Aase is highly skilled in treating adult patients of all genders for various conditions, including pelvic and abdominal pain, incontinence, constipation, pregnancy, and postpartum concerns. Prior to and during her graduate studies, she served as an aide at a PT clinic in Conshohocken. It was during this period that she developed a passion for working with individuals who have neurological conditions, particularly Parkinson’s Disease. To further enhance her ability to care for this specific population, she completed certifications in LSVT BIG and Rock Steady Boxing.
Excited to join South Mountain Physical Therapy, a business founded by her father Kai, Aase is eager to bring her expertise in pelvic health to the local community. She firmly believes in the importance of patient education and takes the time to establish a personal connection with each individual, ensuring that their care is tailored to their unique needs.
Outside of her professional life, Aase enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in various physical activities such as running, hiking, and yoga.
